How This Started

Three and a half years ago, we started Concrete Cutouts. That might sound recent, but we came into this business with 30 years of construction and concrete demolition experience already behind us. We'd spent decades doing the work, learning the right way to handle concrete, understanding equipment, understanding how to talk to people about what they actually needed.

Starting our own company wasn't about chasing something new. It was about doing things the way we knew they should be done. We had equipment. We had skill. But more than that, we had learned something most contractors never figure out: how to listen.

In those first jobs, we realized that wasn't normal. Most contractors show up, tell you what they're doing, and leave you guessing. We decided early that every project would be different. Communication would come first.

What We've Learned

Three decades of experience teaches you things. Real things. The first is that communication actually matters more than people think. We've seen jobs go sideways because a contractor didn't explain what was happening or didn't ask what the client actually needed. We talk to you before we start, during the work, and we make sure you understand what's next. Because confusion costs time and money.

The second thing is equipment. You can't cut concrete the right way with the wrong tools. You can't scan for utilities without the right equipment. You can't core a wall safely without proper machinery. We have what we need. That's not bragging. It's just the reality of this work. The right tool prevents accidents, saves time, and gets you a better result.

The third is experience. We've done this for 30 years. We know concrete saw cutting, coring, scanning, wall cutting, and demolition. We've worked through different conditions, different site challenges, different expectations. When we show up to your job in San Antonio, we're not learning on your time. We already know what we're doing.
